Rite I Service in the Chapel
Rite II Service in the Chapel
Rite II Service with sermon, choir and hymns in the Church
New to the Church or simply want to explore your faith more deeply? We’ll look at scripture, tradition, and reason within the Episcopal Church. Come to ask all the questions that you’ve wanted to ask and be part of a lively discussion. Weekly meeting room announced in every Sunday leaflet.
Join us for our annual Summer Jazz Vespers services which begin with the summer solstice in June and take place every Sunday through the end of July. Our candlelight contemplative Night Prayer service will resume in August. If you’d like more information, please contact Mollie Nichols at 212-289-3400 or firstname.lastname@example.org; or Adam MacDonald at email@example.com.
Monday Meditation: Join us every Monday at 6:15 pm for silent meditation in the Chancel. Every session will include a brief reflection, followed by 20 minutes of silent meditation, sometimes called Centering Prayer in the Christian tradition. Please arrive on time so as not to enter during the silence. All are welcome! No prior experience necessary, and no need to sign up. If you have questions, contact Lindsey Briggs at firstname.lastname@example.org or 212-289-3400 ext 210.
You’re invited to the Annual Rectory Christmas party
this Tuesday, December 12 at 6:30pm at the home of our
Rector, the Rev. Matt Heyd. Join staff and parishioners for
an evening of Christmas cheer with light food, drinks, and
festive music. Please contact Anne Marie to RSVP and for
more details: email@example.com
Writing is a powerful form of contemplative prayer. The Journaling group meets once a week, Thursday mornings at 10am in the Chapel, to write and reflect together. During Advent we will be working with the book “Watch for the Light: Readings for Advent and Christmas.” Please contact Tuesday Rupp, firstname.lastname@example.org, for more information.
