Raising My Voice Graduation
As part of our ongoing Outreach commitment to Prison Reentry Ministries, we are hosting our third cycle of a 12-week public speaking program for formerly incarcerated men and women with Circles of Support, one of our partner organizations. Parishioners are invited to volunteer at the Raising My Voice graduation ceremony and celebration on Monday, April 16 at 6pm. This is always a powerful event. To volunteer, e-mail email@example.com.
Monday Meditation: Join us every Monday at 6:15 pm for silent meditation in the Chancel. Every session will include a brief reflection, followed by 20 minutes of silent meditation, sometimes called Centering Prayer in the Christian tradition. Please arrive on time so as not to enter during the silence. All are welcome! No prior experience necessary, and no need to sign up. If you have questions, contact Lindsey Briggs at firstname.lastname@example.org or 212-289-3400 ext 210.
Join us for weekly noon-hour Eucharist service every Wednesday afternoon in our Chapel.
Writing is a powerful form of contemplative prayer. The Journaling group meets once a week, Thursday mornings at 10am in the Chapel, to write and reflect together. During Advent we will be working with the book “Watch for the Light: Readings for Advent and Christmas.” Please contact Tuesday Rupp, email@example.com, for more information.
All are welcome to join us for weekly Bible Study on Friday mornings in our beautiful Undercroft.
